Zamia has small but broad dark green, glossy leaves with slender stems.

It also has air purifying properties.

It does not need a lot of light and water.

CARE

  • We water about once a week depending on the conditions of the place where the plant is located, checking that the soil is not wet before watering.
  • Ideal environment 16 – 25 degrees Celsius.
  • We prefer places with good ventilation and moderate humidity, away from heating bodies such as radiators and fireplaces.
  • During the winter, we make sure they don’t come into contact with the frozen windows.
  • On hot days, spray the foliage with rainwater or distilled water with a sprayer.
  • We frequently clean the foliage of the plants with a cloth dampened in distilled water to remove dust.
  • During spring and autumn we add water-soluble fertilizer 2 times a month.
  • Cut the yellowed leaves or flower.
